Managing a team of designers across 3 product teams for our flagship product, ExtraCash, and our Bank business to improve financial access to all, and collaborating closely with engineering and product to determine goals, success metrics, roadmap, and sprint commitments.

We've helped more than 11 million customers bank, budget, avoid overdraft fees, find work, and build credit.
